Shipping
We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS). Free Shipping service via USPS will be determined based upon order quantities and total shipping weight. For order weights of less than 13 oz (1 Party Belt), USPS First-Class Mail service will be utilized. For order weights greater than 13 oz (2+ Party Belts), USPS Priority Mail will be utilized. Note that delivery times tend to be quicker for Priority Mail packages compared to First-Class Mail. All customers will have the option at checkout to select expedited or upgraded shipping options at their own discretion and expense. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose and the total shipping weight.
Returns
We do not generally accept returns on most items. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we ask that you email us directly at Nolan@PartyBelts.com and we will quickly help to remedy the issue. We may require that you email photos of your incorrect or defective item. If we conclude that it was our error, we will gladly replace the belt and pay for shipping or offer a full refund.
Any replacement orders will be shipped via USPS via First Class Mail. Any requests to expedite shipping may require you to pay the incremental shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within two weeks of such request.
