So, you're not a design professional and need some help creating the perfect belt? No problemo. We've got you covered. However, you should also check out our Design Your Own Belt Tool, which allows you to upload any design/image from your phone or computer, drop it right onto the belt, reposition / zoom in/out, and add a border color. We have to admit, it's pretty darn cool. 

That said, if designing your own belt still isn't going to work for you, then simply purchase this belt (design fees may apply) and reach out via phone (314-780-6148) or email (Nolan@PartyBelts.com) with your specific request. 

Here's how our process works:

1.) Send all instructions and any artwork (photo, image, logo, etc.) to Nolan@PartyBelts.com.

2.) Once everything has been received, we'll email you a design proof within 24 hours.

3.) We will just communicate back and forth until you love the design.

4.) We won't make and ship the belt until you've given us the final approval.

*If for some reason you don't like any design we come up with and feel it's hopeless, your order is 100% refundable. But, we've designed hundreds of custom belts. We've never had to refund a single customer, which means there's a 100% change you'll love your design!

Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States utilizing the United States Postal Service (USPS). Free Shipping service via USPS will be determined based upon order quantities and total shipping weight. For order weights of less than 13 oz (1 Party Belt), USPS First-Class Mail service will be utilized. For order weights greater than 13 oz (2+ Party Belts), USPS Priority Mail will be utilized. Note that delivery times tend to be quicker for Priority Mail packages compared to First-Class Mail. All customers will have the option at checkout to select expedited or upgraded shipping options at their own discretion and expense. For more information on the differences between USPS's shipping options, please visit USPS Mail & Shipping Services.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose and the total shipping weight.

Returns

We do not generally accept returns on most items. If you received an incorrect or defective item, we ask that you email us directly at Nolan@PartyBelts.com and we will quickly help to remedy the issue. We may require that you email photos of your incorrect or defective item. If we conclude that it was our error, we will gladly replace the belt and pay for shipping or offer a full refund. 

Any replacement orders will be shipped via USPS via First Class Mail. Any requests to expedite shipping may require you to pay the incremental shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within two weeks of such request.

Do you have a Party Belt® for me?

Definitely – First, try using our search feature to see if we have something already created that matches what you’re looking for.

If you don’t see something that quite fits your needs, don’t worry. If you can dream it up, we can put in on a belt. You can design your own by uploading a fully finished design or use our design tool here. And if that’s not your style, then we are more than happy to help design something for you. Size – how big of a belly can these bad boys fit?

One Size Fits Most – Each Party Belt® measures ~51” long and is made of a polyester strap with a Velcro fastener in the back.

It’ll fit most of the adult population, and I’ve personally seen some pretty husky fellas squeeze into one. In a pinch, maybe apply a little PAM cooking spray, suck in, and see if you can slide right in…and if you do try this, please take a video so we can post it to social media!

Jokes aside, anyone that doesn’t quite fit usually will wear it over their shoulder like you might see traditional pro-wrestler holding their championship belt. 

What’s the buckle made of?

Buckle Specs – The buckle measures 10” high and 12” wide. The image on the front is a custom printed vinyl sticker applied in-house and made-to-order. The diamond plated chrome pattern is a high quality, pliable plastic that will not break or crease. It has a mirror-like reflection and truly does look and feel a lot like real metal.

Can I get it without the holsters and without the logo on the back of the belt?

Yes – these options are available, especially if the intended recipient is a kid. If you need your belt without either of these, please email Nolan@PartyBelts.com for ordering instructions.

Will you sell just the decal on the front so I can replace it on a belt I already have?

No – This is not something we offer at this time.

Do you sell “blank” belts without a graphic on them?

Generally, no – But, we will do this for specific customers on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in this, please email me directly at Nolan@PartyBelts.com.

There's something wrong with my belt. What do I do?

Don't Worry – We promise to always do the right thing for our customers. If we’ve made an error or there is some sort of agreed upon issue with the product that was received, we will always replace the belt free of charge and not require the original to be shipped back.
