Custom Belt Orders


What’s the turnaround time for custom belt orders?

FAST – We try to ship all belts within 24-48 hours of purchase (Monday-Saturday). However, if we’re helping you with your design, we will ship your order out within 24-48 hours of receiving your approval of the artwork.

Can you help me design my Party Belt®? What’s the process?

YES! – Not everyone is a designer…and some people just ain’t good with computers. We get it.

Step 1: Purchase the generic custom belt.

*Note that a design fee of $20 may apply depending upon the complexity of your request. Design fees cover unlimited revisions, so we guarantee you’ll love your design.*

Step 2: Describe Your Design Idea in the Order Notes

Notes to your order can be added by going to your shopping cart or the cart side panel. Please enter any specific design requests. (screenshots below)

Step 3: After purchase, email Nolan@PartyBelts.com with any other ideas, artwork, logos, photos etc. that you’d like incorporated into the design.

We will confirm receipt and start working on the design proof within 24 hours. We will simply email back and forth regarding revisions and changes until you approve the final design for printing.

Do you need your Party Belts® by a specific date? Do you have a tight timeline and need to know if there’s any way to get your Party Belts® delivered in time?

No problem – Bending over backwards for our customers is our superpower, just check out some of our reviews.

If you need it by a certain date, you have 2 options:

  • EmailNolan@PartyBelts.com if you want to confirm we can hit your date prior to purchasing. Within the US, almost anything is possible as long as you are willing to pay for the expedited shipping.

  • Before Checkout – Once you’ve added a belt to your cart, there are multiple places to view your cart (screenshots below). In either place, there is a section to add notes to your order. Please include the date you need your order by and any other helpful notes so that we can prioritize your order accordingly.

When will I receive my Party Belt®?

In the US, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after your purchase. View our shipping policy and expedited shipping options. There’s rarely a timeline we can’t meet.

If you’re outside the US, transit times vary significantly. We are not in control of the customs clearance or domestic transportation in the destination country. Please review the shipping policy to better understand timelines. There are expedited services available that can usually deliver to most countries within 7 business days, but that’s not a guarantee. If choosing the International Economy service, we recommend you allow 2-3 weeks transit time.

What shipping options do you offer and how long do they take?

We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fedex. For more specific details, including expedited shipping and international shipping, please review our shipping policy.

Do you accept returns?

No – We promise to always do the right thing for our customers. If we’ve made an error or there is some sort of agreed upon issue with the product that was received, we will always replace the belt free of charge and not require the original to be shipped back.

Do you have a Party Belt® for me?

Definitely – First, try using our search feature to see if we have something already created that matches what you’re looking for.

If you don’t see something that quite fits your needs, don’t worry. If you can dream it up, we can put in on a belt. You can design your own by uploading a fully finished design or use our design tool here. And if that’s not your style, then we are more than happy to help design something for you. Size – how big of a belly can these bad boys fit?

One Size Fits Most – Each Party Belt® measures ~51” long and is made of a polyester strap with a Velcro fastener in the back.

It’ll fit most of the adult population, and I’ve personally seen some pretty husky fellas squeeze into one. In a pinch, maybe apply a little PAM cooking spray, suck in, and see if you can slide right in…and if you do try this, please take a video so we can post it to social media!

Jokes aside, anyone that doesn’t quite fit usually will wear it over their shoulder like you might see traditional pro-wrestler holding their championship belt. 

What’s the buckle made of?

Buckle Specs – The buckle measures 10” high and 12” wide. The image on the front is a custom printed vinyl sticker applied in-house and made-to-order. The diamond plated chrome pattern is a high quality, pliable plastic that will not break or crease. It has a mirror-like reflection and truly does look and feel a lot like real metal.

Can I get it without the holsters and without the logo on the back of the belt?

Yes – these options are available, especially if the intended recipient is a kid. If you need your belt without either of these, please email Nolan@PartyBelts.com for ordering instructions.

Will you sell just the decal on the front so I can replace it on a belt I already have?

No – This is not something we offer at this time.

Do you sell “blank” belts without a graphic on them?

Generally, no – But, we will do this for specific customers on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in this, please email me directly at Nolan@PartyBelts.com.

Donations


Will you donate a belt to my nonprofit event/org?

We receive dozens of donation requests each week. We can’t donate to everyone, unfortunately. Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Many times, we will offer a significant discount to qualified nonprofits.
